Towels go hard when detergent and softener build up in the loops and when they are over-dried. They smell when they sit damp. Our process avoids both: measured detergent, thorough rinsing, no heavy softener, and drying until the hems are dry and no further.

Hotels and spas usually prefer per-item pricing because their towels are counted in and out. Busy gyms sending large mixed loads of small towels often find towels by the kilo cheaper. We can price both ways and show you the difference.

Getting the damp time down

Most towel smells start in the bin, not the machine. Ventilated sacks and a pickup soon after your peak hours keep towels from sitting damp. Tell us when your bins fill and we time the round around it.
