2.What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote, collect, clean and return your laundry, and to get paid.
- Your name, and your business name if you are a business customer.
- Collection and delivery address, postcode, and access notes (concierge, door codes, where to leave bags).
- Phone number and email address.
- What you send us and any care notes, stains or damage we record.
- Order history, invoices and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
3.How this website handles data
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies and has no customer accounts.
When you send the quote or booking form, your details go to us by email and a copy is emailed to you as a confirmation. These emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, which handles them for us and only on our instructions. If you press a WhatsApp or email link instead, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own privacy policies.
On the quote and booking pages, the postcode you type is checked with postcodes.io, a free UK postcode service, to see if it is in London, and a small map is loaded from OpenStreetMap. Your browser contacts these services directly, so they see your IP address and the postcode or map area; neither sets cookies. We do not keep these lookups.
Our website host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
4.Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To give you a quote and arrange collection and delivery: steps before and performance of a contract.
- To clean your items and deal with any problem or complaint: performance of a contract.
- To keep invoices and accounts: legal obligation (tax law).
- To run, secure and improve our service: our legitimate interests.
- To send offers or news: only if you agree, and you can stop at any time.
6.How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become an order: up to 12 months.
- Customer and order records: 6 years after the last order, as tax law requires.
- Access notes (door codes and similar): deleted when you stop using us, or earlier if you ask.
7.Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Email [to confirm: contact email] and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
