About ArkLaundry
A London laundry service for homes and businesses. We collect, clean and bring it back, so nobody has to stand at a machine.
What we do
ArkLaundry collects laundry and dry cleaning from homes and businesses across London, cleans it, and brings it back folded, pressed or on hangers.
For homes that means wash and fold, ironing, shirts, dry cleaning, bedding, duvets and curtains. For businesses it means bed linen and towels for Airbnb hosts and hotels, table linen and chef whites for restaurants and cafés, and towels for gyms, spas and salons.
Only London
We work in London and nowhere else: all 33 boroughs, from the City and Westminster to Havering, Bromley and Hillingdon. Keeping to one city means our drivers know the streets, the loading bays and the buildings with a concierge.
How we look after your things
- Every item is cleaned the way its care label allows. No label, or a label that would put it at risk, and we ask you first.
- Business bags are counted in and counted out, so a short count is spotted the day it happens.
- If a stain will not come out, we tell you instead of returning it as if it were clean.
- Prices are on the site for everyone to see, and our terms are written in plain English.
