How our laundry service works

1. Get a price and a day

Use the quote page for a business, or the booking page for home laundry. Say what you want cleaned and give your postcode; the page checks it is in London. We reply with a price and a collection day.

Most prices are on the prices page already, so you will know roughly what it costs before you ask.

2. We collect

A driver picks up from your door, reception, porter or concierge. If you are out, leave the bags somewhere safe and tell us where.

Business customers can book one collection or a regular round on set days.

3. We clean

Each item is cleaned the way its care label allows: washed, tumble dried or line dried, ironed, or dry cleaned. If something has no label, or the label would put it at risk, we contact you first.

Business linen is counted when it arrives, so what comes back matches what went out.

4. We bring it back

Your items come back folded, pressed or on hangers, on the day agreed. Our usual turnaround is [to confirm: usual turnaround time].

Costs and delivery

• Collection and delivery are free on orders of £50 or more.

Before you hand items over

• Empty all pockets.
• Tell us about delicate items and any stains, and what caused them if you know.
• Do not send items soaked in oil or chemicals, or soiled with bodily fluids, unless we have agreed it first.
