Home laundry questions
Do I have to be in for pickup?
Tell us where to collect from and where to leave it. A concierge, neighbour or porter is fine.
Can you wash delicates?
Yes. Point them out when you book and we will follow the care label.
Which parts of London do you cover?
All 33 London boroughs, from the City out to Havering and Hillingdon. Tell us your postcode when you ask for a quote.
Do you work with businesses and homes?
Both. Airbnb hosts, hotels, restaurants, cafés, gyms, spas and salons on a regular round, and households whenever they need us.
How do prices work?
Home laundry is priced by weight or by the item, and business linen by the item, all listed on our prices page. Large or regular business volumes get a quote.
Do I need a contract?
No long contract to start. Try a few collections and keep going if it works for you.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Tell us straight away. Every business bag is counted in and out, and we will put it right.
